The Terrace Restaurant

In the Terrace Restaurant many dishes are cooked in the Josper Oven giving them a unique flavour and quality. The only oven of its kind in the Lake District dishes are cooked in a charcoal fired oven imported from Spain, which ensures all the juices of the meat or fish are sealed in giving a unique flavour. Charcoal used is from local woodlands proving a sustainable renewable energy.

Overlooking the superb pool and spa The Terrace Restaurant offers something for every occasion. The comfortable lounge area provides a relaxing social venue with an informal atmosphere where you can enjoy drinks and food or watch all major sporting events live on Sky.

Outside on the patio, tables at the water's edge afford marvellous views and provide an idyllic setting for summer barbecues. With a variety of menus including daytime snacks, evening dinner and a take-away menu, The Terrace offers something to entice any member of the family at any time of the day.

The menu at the Terrace is inspired by the light fresh flavours of the Mediterranean but interpreted using a majority of locally sourced ingredients.
